Software Engineer at Qrew in San Francisco, CA

Qrew (formerly rippleQ) is looking to hire a passionate engineer that wants to help us gamify corporate learning. We are fast growing tech start-up based in downtown San Francisco. We were founded by a group of tech entrepreneurs and engineers to disrupt the way large companies operate. rippleQ has angel financing and Fortune 100 clients.

Responsibilities:

• Create awesome new features based on customer interactions
• Find and improve issues in the existing architecture and codebase
• Collaborate with other engineers to shape an incredible engineering culture

Requirements:

• Strong software design and object oriented coding skills
• Skills building web apps in PHP
• Experience in MVC design pattern
• Passion for usability, efficiency, and performant code

Bonus points:

• Startup or “side project” experience (preferred)
• Experience working on an agile team (preferred)

• Reliability, honesty, and a good nature
• Cool with doing a short contract-to-hire trial period leading to full-time employment.

Compensation:  Cash + Equity  (commensurate with experience).
